Move a deal to another stage

/deals/:id/move_stage

The parameter is to_stage_id — a stage uuid from GET /pipelines/{id}/stages. Anything else (or a stage from another workspace) answers 422 {"title": "Move blocked", "detail": "Stage not found"}.

The flat body shown here is canonical; the data.attributes envelope is accepted too.

Optional on the same call: lost_reason, win_reason, value (the corrected close amount), force (skip the pipeline's stage rules) and allow_reopen.
