Score duplicate candidates

POST
/contacts/check_duplicates

Ranked candidates from the same matcher POST /contacts uses. Flat body — action routes do not take the JSON:API envelope.

A phone-only hit is a WEAK match: the matcher deliberately requires name corroboration before it will auto-reuse a record, and so should you.
