Send a test event
POST/webhook_subscriptions/:id/test
POSTs one signed webhook.ping to the subscription's target_url and returns what the
receiver answered, inline. Nothing is written to the delivery log, no retries are
scheduled and the subscription's failure counters are untouched — this is a probe, not
an event.
A receiver that answers 502 is reported as ok: false with a 200 on this endpoint:
the call to us succeeded, and its answer is what you asked for.
