The partner's ids and the records they name
GET/app_installs/:id/linked_records
Without external_id: one count per kind of identity (calls, messages, people and accounts,
agents). With it: the records that one partner id names, at most one per kind — a record only when
the reader may open it (its own read policy; a call or message through the activity read gate,
with every record it hangs off openable), else record: null and "Linked to a record you can't
open". Calls and messages report events_applied: 0. integrations.read.
Throttle: app_installs/read/minute, 300 a minute.
A signed-in session or the person's own personal access token; an app's OAuth token is refused
(403 resource_not_grantable).

The counts, or the lookup.
No session or token, or one that is no longer valid. A request that presented a token gets
WWW-Authenticate: Bearer realm="KudosCRM", error="invalid_token" (refresh it); one with no
credentials and no session cookie gets the bare challenge.
